Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.
In a pressure cooker, add ghee and spices.
When they crackle add in ginger garlic paste and onions.
Saute for a minute or two until the onions are golden.
Add in chopped tomato, the mixed sprouts, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
On low flame saute for two minutes.
Now add drained basmati rice and mix it well.
Add water and salt to taste.
Once it starts boiling, cover the pressure cooker and wait for three whistles.
Switch off flame and wait for the pressure to be down.
Open the cooker, give a nice stir, add in chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
