Mango Yoghurt Popsicle Recipe

  • Mango - 1
  • Curd / Yoghurt - 1 cup
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a mixer jar add peeled and cubed mangoes and beat until the pulp is smooth.
  • Add curd and sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is light and airy.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  • Place the popsicle mould in a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes and remove the popsicle from the mould.
  • Enjoy!!
