Preheat oven to 175C.
In a bowl, mix together wheat flour, almond meal, baking powder and salt and set aside.
In another bowl cream together sugar and butter until creamy.
Add milk and beat until creamy and fluffy.
Finally add in the flour mixture and mix to form a soft dough.
Take tablespoons of dough and shape it into a ball.
Place it on a lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies for 20 - 25 minutes or until the base is golden.
Remove from oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
Roll the warm cookies in icing sugar and rest them until completely cool.
Store in airtight jar and enjoy!
