  • Mint Leaves - 2 handful
  • Coriander Leaves- a small bunch
  • Ginger-1" piece
  • Roasted Cumin Powder-1 1/2 tsp
  • Water-3-4 cups
  • Black Salt-to taste
  • Sugar-3-4 tbs
  • Amchur-1 tsp
  • Juice of one medium Lemon

Procedure

  • In a mixer jar, take mint, coriander, cumin powder, ginger and add a little water.
  • Grind it to a fine paste.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Pass it through a nylon sieve.
  • To the strained water add sugar, black salt, amchur and lemon juice.
  • Check for taste and adjust ingredients.
  • Serve it with ice cubes or chill it in fridge and serve.
