In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the milk powder and Amul fresh cream.

Cook in microwave high for 1 minute.

Remove the bowl and mix well.

Again cook in MW high for one minute.

Bring the bowl out and stir well.

If you want softer mawa, the cooking is done only for 2 minutes.

But if you want it to be crumbly, cook it for another 30 seconds on MW high.

Allow it to cool completely.

Now homemade instant mawa is ready to be used in sweets and bakes.
