In a heavy bottomed pan, add ghee.
Roast the cashews and raisins. Remove from ghee and set aside.
To the same pan add the wheat flour and keep on roasting until it is aromatic and turns slightly brown.
Add in the sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
Now add milk and keep on stirring until the flour is cooked and the mixture is soft.
Add the roasted cashew and raisins and mix well.
Serve it hot or at room temperature.
