Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients:
  • Eggs-3
  • Erythritol - 1 1/2 tbs
  • Melted Butter - 20 gm
  • Milk - 1 tbs
  • Coconut Flour -  2 tbs
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Procedure:
  • In a bowl beat together eggs and erythritol for 2-3 minutes or until double in volume.
  • Add melted butter and milk and beat to combine.
  • Finally add coconut flour and baking powder and beat until a tsmooth batter is formed.
  • Heat a paniyaram pan / aebleskiver pan. Grease the moulds.
  • Fill the moulds with batter and cook on medium flame until the bottom is cooked.
  • With the help of a skewer, flip the pancakes carefully.
  • Cook for a minute or two.
  • Remove them from the pan and serve them hot.
