  • 4 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Procedure:
  • Heat a tawa.
  • Crack two eggs directly onto the hot tawa.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  • Allow it to cook on low flame until the whites are done.
  • Either flip it or fold it and let the yolks cook.
  • Remove from flame and serve immediately.
