In a pan heat ghee and add onions.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell is gone.
Add green chilly sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and the whites are combines.
Add it to the pan and let it cook on low flame. At first the eggs will be very thin, but once it starts cooking they will firm up. Keep on stirring until the eggs resemble soft paneer.
Add in the cauliflower rice and salt to taste, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
The rice and eggs will become al-dente.
Add in the coriander or green onions and serve immediately.
