In a bowl, mash banana until smooth.
Add eggs and salt and beat until incorporated.
Add milk and pepper and mix well.
Finally add in coconut flour and baking soda and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a taw, drizzle some ghee and add ladle full of batter.
Cook on low flame until the bottom is browned.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side too.
Serve it hot or at room temperature.
