Coconut Flour Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Coconut Flour -  2 tbs
  • Egg - 2
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Banana - 1 medium sized
  • Salt - 1 generous pinch
  • Pepper Powder - a pinch
  • Baking Soda - 1/ 4 tsp
  • Ghee To Cook

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash banana until smooth.
  • Add eggs and salt and beat until incorporated.
  • Add milk and pepper and mix well.
  • Finally add in coconut flour and baking soda and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  • Heat a taw, drizzle some ghee and add ladle full of batter.
  • Cook on low flame until the bottom is browned.
  • Flip the pancake and cook the other side too.
  • Serve it hot or at room temperature.
