Dry Ginger Powder - 1 1/2 heaped tbs
Coriander Powder - 4-5 heaped tbs

Palm Jaggery/ Karupatti - 4-5/ according to taste

Procedure
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
Bring it to boil.
Lower flame and allow it to boil for 3 minutes.
Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Strain in a muslin tea strainer and Enjoy!!
