Cherry White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • White Chocolate - 200 gm
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - 200 gm
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Dried Cherries - 2 tbs
  • Green Cut Fruits - 2 tbs

Instructions
 

  • In a MW safe bowl mix together white chocolate and condensed milk.
  • Heat it on medium for 20 seconds.
  • Give a nice stir and repeat the 20 second bursts until the chocolate is completely melted and forms a nice fudge.
  • Remove from oven and add the essence, cherries and cut fruits.
  • Give a nice stir.
  • Line a 5" square tin with aluminium foil and grease it with oil.
  • Pour the fudge inside and allow it to cool completely.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate over night or until set.
  • Slice it into cubes and refrigerate in air tight jar.
