Preheat oven to 250°C.
Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges.
Add it to boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside for a few minutes to dry.
In a bowl, take the potatoes and add ghee, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder, sesame seeds and kasoori methi.
Mix well.
Arrange the wedges on a baking tray and bake the wedges until golden, it may take 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve them hot with some sauce at the side.
