Homemade Muesli Recipe is a very easy to make, filled with healthy ingredients and works as a crunchy topping for various desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Wheat Flakes
  • Almonds handful
  • Peanuts handful
  • Pecan Nuts handful
  • Hazel Nuts handful
  • Walnuts handful
  • Watermelon Seeds handful
  • Cucumber Seeds handful
  • 10 gm Butter melted
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried Cranberry handful
  • Golden Raisins handful
  • Black Raisins handful

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Bake the wheat flakes for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
  • Bake all the nuts for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • Bake the seeds for 5-10 minutes or until golden.
  • Mix all the baked flakes, seeds and nuts.
  • Add the cranberries, raisins and mix well.
  • Add melted butter and salt and mix until incorporated.
  • Allow the mix to cool completely.
  • Store in airtight box.
