Homemade Muesli Recipe is a very easy to make, filled with healthy ingredients and works as a crunchy topping for various desserts.

- 200 gm Wheat Flakes
- Almonds handful
- Peanuts handful
- Pecan Nuts handful
- Hazel Nuts handful
- Walnuts handful
- Watermelon Seeds handful
- Cucumber Seeds handful
- 10 gm Butter melted
- Salt to taste
- Dried Cranberry handful
- Golden Raisins handful
- Black Raisins handful
Preheat oven to 180C.
Bake the wheat flakes for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
Bake all the nuts for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Bake the seeds for 5-10 minutes or until golden.
Mix all the baked flakes, seeds and nuts.
Add the cranberries, raisins and mix well.
Add melted butter and salt and mix until incorporated.
Allow the mix to cool completely.
Store in airtight box.
