Eggless Plum Clafoutis Recipe



  • Maida/ Flour-1/3 cup
  • Egg Replacer-1 tbs
  • cup Milk-1/2+ 2 tbs
  • Sugar-1/3 cup
  • Vanilla Essence-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-a pinch
  • Plums-9-10



  • Preheat oven to 175°C.
  • Remove seeds from plums and slice into wedges.
  • In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, egg replacer and salt.
  • Add in milk and vanilla and mix until sugar dissolves and the batter is lump free.
  • Grease a small loaf pan with butter.
  • Pour 1/4th of the batter and bake for 5 minutes until the top is firm.
  • Now arrange the plum wedges on top and pour the remaining batter. Reserve a few wedges to top after you pour the batter.
  • Bake the clafouti for 30-40 minutes or until slightly browned at the edges.
  • Once warm, slice it up and serve along with cream or as it is.
