Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into 1/2" slices.
In a pan add water and some salt.
Place the sliced bananas in the salt water for 15-30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Remove the banana slices from water and wipe out the water with tissue.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain oil and place the fried slices in a plate.
Sprinkle salt and garlic powder and mix well.
Serve along with Rice and Beans.
