  • Dosa Batter-1 cup
  • Onion-1
  • Green Chilly-2
  • Coriander LEaves-2 tbs
  • Sooji-1 tbs
  • Rice Flour-1 tbs
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-to deep fry

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • Take batter in a bowl.
  • Add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, rice flour and sooji.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Scoop out batter in your fingers and drop them into tiny portions in hot oil.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
