Home Made Egg Replacing Powder

  • Potato Starch - 2 1/2 cups
  • Corn Flour/ Corn Starch - 1 1/2 cups
  • Baking Powder - 2/3 cup
  • Baking Soda - 1/3 cup

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a jar, measure all the ingredients and add.
  • Using a balloon whisk, mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Cover and store in refrigerator.

Quantities for Substitution

  • 1 Egg = 1/2 tbs of powder + 2 tbs water
  • 1 Egg White = 1/2 tbs of powder + 1 tbs water
  • 1 Egg Yolk = 1/2 tbs of powder + 1 tbs of water

Notes

You can add the powder to the flour and add the liquid along the liquid ingredients or mix both powder and water and add it to the liquid ingredients.
