No Bake Brownie Bites Recipe

  • Cashew Nuts - 100 gm
  • Blanched Almonds - 100 gm
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 tbs
  • Seedless Dates - 12 - 15
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a mixer jar take both cashew and almonds and grind to a fine powder.
  • Add cocoa powder and run until all the ingredients incorporate.
  • Add dates and vanilla and keep on running the mixer until the mix is clumpy.
  • Transfer to a plate.
  • Divide into 24 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  • Roll the balls in cocoa powder and serve in small paper liners.
