In a pan heat ghee.
Add onions, green chilly, ginger and garlic.
Sauté until slightly brown.
Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes on low flame.
Finally add in tomato, salt, water, pepper powder.
Give a nice stir.
Add vinegar and mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve it hot with grated carrot and coriander leaves topped.
