Sugar Free Paneer Payasam Recipe

  • Whole Milk - 2 cups preferably organic
  • Paneer - 1/2 cup crumbled
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Almonds - 4-5
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a pan mix together paneer, milk and cardamom powder.
  • Bring it to boil.
  • Reduce flame and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from flame.
  • Heat a small tempering pan and add ghee.
  • Add chopped almonds and fry until golden.
  • Remove from flame and allow it to cool a little.
  • Add it to the prepared payasam and serve it either hot or at room temperature.
