Chia Apple Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

  • Apple -1
  • Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Salt - a generous pinch
  • in Chia Seeds - 1 tbs soakedwater

Procedure

  • Soak chia seeds in enough water and let it bloom.
  • In a juicer jar add peeled, sliced apple, yogurt and salt.
  • Run the mixer until it is smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and run the mixer.
  • Add the soaked chia seeds, mix them well and pour into glasses.
  • Serve immediately.
