Soak almonds for 12 - 16 hours.
Drain water and pat them in a towel to dry.
Add a tsp of ghee and mix them well.
Spread them on a baking tray.
Bake in a 200C oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until it is aromatic.
Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl.
Add red chilly powder and salt.
