Roasted Almonds Recipe

  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Almonds - 10 gm
  • Salt and Red chilly Powder to taste

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • Soak almonds for 12 - 16 hours.
  • Drain water and pat them in a towel to dry.
  • Add a tsp of ghee and mix them well.
  • Spread them on a baking tray.
  • Bake in a 200C oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until it is aromatic.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add red chilly powder and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
