Almond Flour Sandwich Buns Recipe

  • Almond Flour - 75 gm
  • Ghee - 50 gm
  • Egg - 3
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.
  • In a bowl mix together almond flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Add the ghee and eggs and combine until the batter is smooth.
  • Divide it into sandwich moulds/ ramekins and bake for 15 - 25 minutes until the top is golden.
  • Remove from the mould and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
