  • Milk Kefir - 2 cups
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Himalayan Pink Salt - to taste
  • Water as required

Procedure

  • Remove the pulp of avocado and slice it up into cubes.
  • Add it along with kefir and salt and blend until smooth.
  • Add water as required to get that perfect consistency.
  • Refrigerate for a while and enjoy!
