Methi Malai Paneer Recipe

  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Ghee - 1 tbs
  • Yellow Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Amul Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Kasuri methi - 2 tbs

Procedure

  • In a pan heat ghee and add paneer cubes and kasuri methi.
  • Saute for a minute and add chilly powder and salt.
  • Cook for a minute, remove from heat and finally add in cream.
  • Give a nice mix and serve it immediately.
