Methi Malai Paneer Recipe
Paneer - 200 gm
Ghee - 1 tbs
Yellow Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Amul Cream - 1/4 cup
Kasuri methi - 2 tbs
In a pan heat ghee and add paneer cubes and kasuri methi.
Saute for a minute and add chilly powder and salt.
Cook for a minute, remove from heat and finally add in cream.
Give a nice mix and serve it immediately.
