Paneer Manchurian Recipe

  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Ghee - 1 tbs
  • Onion - 1
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • Green Chilly SauceĀ  - 1 tbs click for recipe
  • Red Chilly Sauce - 1 tbs click for recipe
  • Tomato Sauce - 3 tbs click for recipe
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a pan heat ghee and add onions, cabbage and capsicum.
  • Saute until they start becoming tender.
  • Add in the sauces, salt, black pepper and vinegar.
  • Give a nice stir and finally add in chopped paneer.
  • Cook for a minute or two until the sauces coat the paneer.
  • Serve hot immediately.
