Preheat oven to 200°C.
Crack the eggs and separate whites and yolks.
To the whites add cream of tartar and whip until they form stiff peaks.
To the yolks add the cream cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and mix it well.
Add some whipped egg white to the yolks and whisk until smooth.
Now pour the yolk mix to the remaining whites and gently fold until you get a uniform batter.
Now divide the batter between 12 muffin moulds. Line the mould with paper so that it becomes easier to remove.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until the top is golden.
Serve it with a side dish of your choice.
