  • Ingredients:
  • Egg - 4
  • Cream Of Tartar - 1/4 tsp
  • Cream Cheese - 2 tbs
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Italian Seasoning - 1/2 tsp


  • Procedure:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Crack the eggs and separate whites and yolks.
  • To the whites add cream of tartar and whip until they form stiff peaks.
  • To the yolks add the cream cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and mix it well.
  • Add some whipped egg white to the yolks and whisk until smooth.
  • Now pour the yolk mix to the remaining whites and gently fold until you get a uniform batter.
  • Now divide the batter between 12 muffin moulds. Line the mould with paper so that it becomes easier to remove.
  • Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until the top is golden.
  • Serve it with a side dish of your choice.
