  • Paneer-200 gm
  • Psyllium Husk / Isabgol - 2 tbs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Red Chilly Sauce - 2 tbs


  • In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and knead to form a soft dough.
  • Divide it into three equal portions.
  • Heat a tawa, keep on low flame. Pat a portion into a thin roti directly on tawa.
  • Cook until the bottom is crisp and it is easy to flip.
  • Flip the roti, cook the other side and serve it hot with a chutney of your choice.
