Watermelon Sherbat - Summer Beverages

  • Watermelon - a small wedge cubed
  • Nannari Syrup - 3-4 tbs
  • Lemon - 1
  • Water - as needed
  • Ice Cubes


  • In a bowl take three to four cubes of watermelon and crush them with the back of a ladle. I used my pestle. 
  • Pour the crushed watermelon in a tall serving glass.
  • Top it with syrup and lemon juice.
  • Add ice cubes and water and give a nice stir with a spoon.
  • Serve it immediately.
