Eggless Peanut Butter Choco Chips Cookies Recipe

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 200 gm
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt-a pinch
  • Peanut Butter - 50 gm
  • Ghee - 50 gm
  • Brown Sugar - 150 gm
  • Vanilla- 1 tsp
  • Milk - 3-4 tbs
  • Chocolate Chips - 200 gm


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  • In a bowl mix together peanut butter, ghee and sugar.
  • Whisk until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Add milk and vanilla and mix well.
  • Mix together flour, baking powder and salt to the peanut butter sugar mixture and form soft dough.
  • Finally add in the choco chips and mix well.
  • Pinch lemon sized balls out of the dough and place on the baking tray.
  • With the help of a flat bowl or glass, press the ball to flatten it. You can also shape it as a thick cookie and arrange on the tray.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • With the help of a spatula, gently remove the cookies from the tray and cool on wire rack.
  • Store in air tight jar.
