Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking tray and set aside.
In a bowl mix together peanut butter, ghee and sugar.
Whisk until all the ingredients are combined.
Add milk and vanilla and mix well.
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt to the peanut butter sugar mixture and form soft dough.
Finally add in the choco chips and mix well.
Pinch lemon sized balls out of the dough and place on the baking tray.
With the help of a flat bowl or glass, press the ball to flatten it. You can also shape it as a thick cookie and arrange on the tray.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it sit for 10 minutes.
With the help of a spatula, gently remove the cookies from the tray and cool on wire rack.
Store in air tight jar.
