Till Ko Aloo Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Potato - 4
  • Onion - 1
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
  • White Sesame Seeds - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbs

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cube potatoes.
  • Heat oil and add onions.
  • Fry until transparent.
  • Add in the cubed potatoes and cook on low flame until soft.
  • Dry roast sesame seeds and powder them.
  • Add salt, red chilly powder and sesame powder to the potatoes, stir well and cook for a minute or two.
  • Serve it hot with Chambray.
