Run oats in mixer and make a fine powder.
Add whole wheat flour and brown sugar and mix well.
Add in cubed cold butter and rub until it makes a soft dough.
Finally add the 50 gm oats and chocolate chips and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Make small balls out of the dough, press to form a cookie and arrange on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden in the preheated oven.
