Oats Wheat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Oats Flour - 100 gm
  • Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 100 gm
  • Brown sugar - 100 gm
  • Ice Cold Butter - 150 gm
  • Quick Cooking Oats - 50 gm
  • Chocolate Chips - 50 gm

Instructions
 

  • Run oats in mixer and make a fine powder.
  • Add whole wheat flour and brown sugar and mix well.
  • Add in cubed cold butter and rub until it makes a soft dough.
  • Finally add the 50 gm oats and chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until firm.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Make small balls out of the dough, press to form a cookie and arrange on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden in the preheated oven.
