These rolls are said to be unofficial dish of the Swedes and is available throughout the country

For The Dough: Maida / All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 cups Sugar - 2 tbs Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Instant Yeast - 1 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Warm Milk - 1/2 cup Butter - 2 tbs For The Filling: Butter - 1 1/2 tbs Sugar - 1/4 cup Cinnamon - 1/2 tbs
Prepare dough and prove it until double
Make the cinnamon filling
Fill and fold
Cut and shape
Bake to perfection
