What is best to use for eggless cakes in case we have to use whipped creams .. condensed milk or curd..as it can be made from either of the ingredients…
Also, i cant find pineapple cake with cream.. do i need to relook your search or is it not there.
For cream based cakes use the recipe with oil in it. It keeps moist even after refrigeration. For the ganache or buttercream cakes, use condensed milk and butter cake. It would be great.

You might need to use a sturdy base for four tier. Either chocolate mud cake or condensed milk based chocolate cake would be good..

You can adapt the mango fresh cream cake for pineapple. It would work fine..

You can simply double all the ingredients. No other techniques involved.
