This is a pre recorded class available in a private FB group. Once you register, you will be added to the class group in FB where you can watch the class. You will also have lifetime access to the class group and its videos. So you can watch the class any number of times at your convenience. Eggless Fraisier – Two layers of eggless vanilla cakes, filled with strawberries and vanilla mousseline cream and decorated with more strawberries, this cake looks absolutely gorgeous and tastes amazing.

Eggless Opera Cake – Three layers of eggless almond cake filled with vanilla and chocolate mousseline cream, topped with luscious ganache and a shiny chocolate glaze. This cake is melt in the mouth creamy and tastes amazing with a burst of flavours.

Eggless Fraisier Entremet – This has all the same components as the Fraisier but is assembled upside down quite artistically. This has a base cake layer, some fresh strawberries, a compote insert and vanilla mousseline cream. And this tastes just amazing as the fraisier.
