It is Monday and time for a simple baking recipe. This time also I have baked without an oven. Using peanut butter as the base, this cookie recipe is very easy to make. I have used egg in this recipe. You can also make it eggless by substituting egg with two tbs of milk. This recipe also doesn’t have any baking powder or baking soda and is slightly soft in texture. If you want to bake these in oven, then set your oven to 180°C and bake as mentioned in the recipe.
I made a video for my Tamil channel with this recipe. If you like to see video demonstration, then go ahead and take a look at the video. If you like it, do subscribe to the channel and like the video. In another two days, I will be announcing my next online class on Whole wheat cakes without any refined sugar. I have added some interesting and delicious recipes. So don’t miss it out. Will be announcing it in Facebook, but will also share the details here. But make sure that you have an Facebook account as the live session will happen only in Facebook.
