Paneer ladoo is an amazing sweet which is so easy to make. After making so many sweets for my daughter, I wanted to make another one for myself. Again I used just the amount of paneer I can have in a day to make these and they were yum. Hubby is not very much into paneer nowadays, so I made it as a single serving. If you want to make these with sugar, use sugar as per the sweetness required and you can also double or triple the recipe to serve your household.
I have used my homemade soft paneer for the recipe and the ladoos just melt in the mouth. If you have store bought paneer, add a tsp of milk while grinding to achieve the softness. I have also used almond powder which is home made but you can also use store bought almond flour instead. The whole process takes under 10 minutes and you will be amazed by the taste.
