Here is one more easy to make creamy paneer which is protein rich and low in carbs. When on paleo or any other low carb diet, it is better to have the food protein rich because it makes you feel full and reduces all those cravings for carbs. That is why it is so much important to have protein in the diet. So do not skimp on using paneer if you are on vegetarian diet. You need it. Another source of protein can be cheese, but for me cheese feels too heavy. But still I will be sharing one or two recipes with cheese later.
For me my kitchen has become a place where I spend most of my time ever since I started with paleo. I have to prepare three different dishes, for myself, hubby and Sruti for all the three meals. Though I do some complicated dishes for Sruti and Hubby, I keep mine so much simpler just to make it easier for me. That is why all the paneer recipes you are seeing this month are too easy to make. They all hardly take 10 minutes to make but I also like to keep the flavours different so that it doesn’t become too boring. I hope you are also enjoying the series as much as I do.

Paneer dishes cant get easier and tastier than this.. Looks so creamy and tempting!! Big kudos to your innovation and determination!!
I am really enjoying all you paneer dishes. I will be soon trying them out and vaandu will be the most happiest person then. Can we substitute yellow chilli powder with something else? Enna brand vaangineenga?
Your vaandu will surely love this Vidya. I bought it in spice market. So it was not the branded one. But you can sub it with our normal chilly.
Even they are simple yet I am loving your paneer dishes. I can totally understand how much time you are spending in the kitchen.
I am far from getting bored Gayathri. I am kind of stagnant with my weight loss. looking at your recipes I am really wondering whether I should give these recipes a try for one meal a day. It sounds interesting and more importantly it’s so easy to prepare these meals.
