Today I am starting the first week in the Blogging Marathon sequence for the month of August. For the first week I am doing posts under mini servings theme. I made a simple snack for today with bread slices and processed cheese slices. It was very easy to put together these delights and my hubby liked it very much. As I had prepared some chocolate cookies today, Sruti didn’t show even a tiny bit of interest for these delights. But we both liked it and enjoyed it with a cup of coffee. Mini servings are very good for those who want to reduce intake of calories. So instead of using a whole bread slice and a whole cheese slice it is better to divide it into mini bites so that we have the satisfaction of tasting it but still we consume a small quantity. I made 6 of these with 2 cheese slices and three bread slices. The remaining bread slice after cutting the circle can be used to make bread crumbs. So you need not waste bread or cheese.
