Mathri is a savory snack form Rajasthan. Today is the fourth day of Blogging Marathon#9. When going through the recipes of Jayasree who was a nice fellow blogger, I found this. First I thought of baking it, but as I wanted to follow her recipe exactly, I deep fried it. It was so crispy and flaky. It tasted delicious. This post is to say that I am part of Tribute Jayasree. |Take the flours and powders in a bowl|
|Add hot oil in the centre|
|Add kasuri methi|
|Add water to bring all the ingredients together|
|Roll into a thick circle and cut out shapes|
|Prick with a fork|
|Deep fry until golden|
