Red chilly powder-1tsp
- Wash and cut mushroom to small pieces.
- Heat oil and add chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.
- Add mushroom, turmeric powder and salt.
- Fry well and keep flame low and cover with lid.
- Mushroom lets out water.
- Now add chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well.
- Fry till the mushroom becomes dry without water. Do not forget to stir now and then to avoid burning of mushrooms.
- Serve hot with Pulav.
