I prepared these cute rolls last week. But couldn’t find time in posting the recipe. I made it with brown sugar and olive oil to make it guilt free. Unexpectedly, I had visitors at home and I served them these rolls along with jam and butter for the evening to go with their coffee. They liked it very much and hubby was so happy. I am sending this to Yeastspotting.

Flour / Maida-1cup
Wheat Flour-11/2cup

4. Add the proofed yeast mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Where do you get the curd from? Did you make it yourself or is it available by you?
Ian, curd is nothing but yogurt. I usually prepare it at home but you can also get it in stores…
Thanks Gayathri.
